Welcome to the home of Atomic
Nuclear Explosion!! ATOMIC say farewell and go out with a bang. Read on...
Written by atomic

ATOMIC has come to the end of its natural life and has ceased to be. To quel any rumour - we are all still firm friends and would like to thank everyone who ever saw and appreciated us, especially all those who came to our farewell party on June 2nd. We will each be following other musical paths which may include us working together again, and are not looking to replace any members to form a new Blondie tribute. Website content will remain the same for nostalgia sake, but we will no longer be taking bookings. Thank you, and goodbye! ATOMIC Jan 2002 -  June 2007.

Amazing! The band is tight and right-on. Voicing, mannerisms, stage presence, and delivery are all fantastic!
Bob Betts - Editor, The Blondie Review

"Musically accomplished, aesthetically authentic, Atomic don’t just settle for anodyne covers of the hits, but instead bring their own energy and edge to familiar classics. Emphasis is definitely on the punk/new wave side to Blondie’s catalogue - this is probably a close approximation of what early Blondie were actually like live." "Seadog"

About Atomic
Written by atomic

Formed early 2002, this Leeds based tribute band brings together talent from experienced and professional musicians, who have each toured the UK over the years and have now come together to share their passion for the music of Blondie and Deborah Harry.

Available to play private functions, festivals, pubs and clubs - mail us for further info.

Please note we are NOT Atomic Blondie - this is a completely different Blondie tribute act and they wear wigs - we don't. If anything, our guitarist needs a haircut!

If you've seen us perform, please feel free to let us know what you think on our forum, mail us a review, or add an entry to our guestbook.

Did you know that we frequently register between ten and twenty hits on to this site every few minutes? If you want to get a mention, or receive all the latest news on Atomic, please enter your details on our "contact us" page, and we will happily add you to our news page and/or our mailing list. Or, you can become a registered user and submit your news yourself! (all items checked by Atomic) Thanks!

Guestbook note: Advertisements and link requests will be deleted from our guest book. Please only use this page for comments on either our site or our performance. Thank you!
